Graduated the Medical University in Sofia in 1982, and has a dual speciality in internal diseases and pulmonology. After her graduation she specialized in internal diseases as a clinical assistant in the Institute of Internal Diseases in the Sofia Medical University. She worked at the Sandanski General Hospital, and began teaching courses for lung diseases in the Sofia Medical University. She rose through the ranks from resident, to senior resident, to head resident of the general hospital “Sveta Sofia”. Dr. Stoeva’s scientific interest lies in bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary syndrome (COPD), she has extensive experience in emergency pulmonology and pulmonary intensive care. She has been a member of our team since the beginning of our hospital project.
