Dr. Penev graduated the Medical University in Sofia in 1991. He has specialized in internal diseases and pulmonology. After graduation, he worked as an internist in Pirdop and Zlatitza.
In 1998 he began working in the pulmonology department of the 5th General Hospital and worked there until November of 2006. In the 5th General hospital he gained vast experience in bronchoscopy under the mentorship оf Professor Pavlov who is one of the leading Bulgarian bronchology specialists. Dr. Penev joined our team at the end of 2007.
