Dr. Sergey Sergeev was born in 1966. In 1992 he graduated from the Medical Academy in Sofia, as until the year 1997 had specialized surgery and up to 2000 had worked at the surgery ward of MHAT Pirdop. During the period from 2000 to 2003 he is a head of the surgery ward of MHAT Pirdop as he concurrently specializes in laparoscopic surgery in Rottenburg Wume – Germany and liver transplantation in the clinic Medizinische Hochschule in Hamburg. In 2007 he attends specialization courses in laparoscopic and electro-surgery at Elancourt Training Centre - Paris. From 2004 to 2013 he is a head of First Surgery Ward at the Clinic of Liver and Pancreatic Surgery and Transplantology at the Military Medical Academy- Sofia.
Dr. Sergeev is a member of the Bulgarian Medical Association, Bulgarian Surgical Society; IASGO - International Association of Surgeons, Gastroenterologists and Oncologists; Bulgarian Transplantology Society, Bulgarian Association of Gastroenterologists, Surgeons and Oncologists.
