Dr. Radosveta Rosmanova graduated from the Higher Medical Institute – Pleven in 1980 and from 1984 to 1991 she works as a physician – neonatologist at the University Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment Dr. G. Stransky EAD, Pleven. As of 1991 for a period of 19 years she is a Head of Neonatology Ward at the university hospital and from 2010 to 2011 she is a head of neonatology ward at Second Specialized Hospital in Obstetrics & Gynecology Sheynovo OOD, Sofia. She has acquired two clinical specialties – children’s diseases and neonatology and master’s degree in economy – specialty in Health Management and Insurance. She holds a certificate for healthcare establishment acrreditor. Dr. Rosmanova has specialized in Germany on the problems of late follow-up of newborns at risk, as she is the first to implement a programme of such type in Bulgaria. She is a republican consultant in neonatology from 1992 to 2011. She participates in a number of international and scientific forums in pediatrics and neonatology in the country and abroad.
