Plamen Petrov, MD - Head of Ward: Dr. Plamen Petrov is an expert with a long-year practice in the sphere of gastroenterology. He graduated from the Medical Academy, city of Sofia, in 1987. He specializes in internal diseases and gastroenterology. Dr. Petrov has completed several specializations in Belgium, the Netherlands, Hungary. He starts his professional career at the Military Medical Academy, city of Sofia. During the period 1992-2000 he is an assistant professor at the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. From 2000 to 2012 he is a Head of the Ward of Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Nephrology and Hematology at University Hospital St. Anna, city of Sofia. Since 2012 he is a Head of the Ward of Gastroenterology at MHAT Sofiamed - Sofia.

Изследвам се с притеснение за ХУХК или БК, а този профан не е взел и една биопсия...

За съжаления, трябва да се присъединя към групата на неодобряващите. Не изслушва пациентите, все за нещо бърза, тръгваш си неудовлетворен и по-тревожен. Питаш го какъв режим на хранене да спазваш за да не закъсваш така, той ти отговатя, 'еми ти си знаеш, нищо люто, кисело.....' Прегледа дъщеря ми, която има гастроесофагиален рефлукс и страшно срадаше. Направи и гастроскопия и иригография. Казах и, цхе нишо и няма и пръщи от здраве, не и дадоха нищо поне да и спестят болките. От стрес било, а в същото време и пишат в епикризата остър хроничен колит и остър хроничен гастрит. Е, как тогава нищо да и няма. Отидохме при друг екар за второ мнение - всичко се оправи. Няма да стъпя повече в тази болница!
