He completed his education in the Medical Academy, city of Varna in 1989. He works consecutively at the Medical Academy and Second MHAT, city of Sofia, MHAT Vita and First MHAT EAD, city of Sofia. Dr. Botev works in France as a specialist in urology at the clinic Le Pôle de Santé de Cosne-sur-Loire of Groupe Kapa Santé. He has acquired specialization in cell implanting at Innovacell Biotechnilogie AG Vienna, Austia, has successfully completed post-graduation courses in endourology, conventional and interventional echography in urology. He is a member of the Bulgarian Medical Association, the Bulgarian Urology Society, and the European Urology Society.
