Graduated the Medical University in 1984, after which worked for two years as a rotation physician intern in the towns of Elhovo and Srednogorie located in Bulgaria. She has two medical specializations: paediatrics and neonatology. Dr. Kalaydjieva has completed medical post-graduated courses in abdominal and transfontanelle echography. Since 1986 she has served as a a neonatologist in the specialized hospital, Machin Dom, where she passed through all levels of qualification: resident, senior resident and chief resident. She has been a member of Dr. Maslarka’s team since 2007. She has numerous scientific publications in national and international medical journals, and regularly participates in neonatology forums locally and abroad.
