Graduated the Sofia Medical University in 2003. During his medical university training he interned for 4 months at the Vascular Surgery Clinic in Krankenhaus Dresden Friedrichstadt, Germany. For over two years he was part of the Vascular Surgery Clinic team of the Sveta Ekaterina University Hospital. In 2006 Dr. Kavaldjiev joined Tokuda Hospital and Associate Prof. Vasil Chervenkov’s team. He is an active participant in all the national and international Vascular Surgery congresses focused upon implementation of innovative peripheral endovascular techniques. Dr. Kavaldjiev memberships include the Bulgarian National Society of Angiology and Vascular Surgery and the Bulgarian National Society of Phlebology.
