Dr. Pelinkov graduated from the Pleven Medical University in 1988, and received specializations in neurology and neurosurgery. After his graduation, he began working as an intern in the municipal hospital at the town of Cherven Bryag in the neurology department, after which he worked in the Pleven Medical University, the university hospital Alexsandrovska, the university hospital Tzaritza Yoanna, and the Military Medical Academy.
He has completed postgraduate medical training courses in microsurgery and neurotraumatology, and completed coursework in nueroendoscopy in Stuttgart, Germany. Dr. Pelinkov worked in one of the largest hospitals in Johannesburg, South Africa, and has been a member of our hospital team since we opened to serve the public.

д-р Пелинков оперира една жена от Плевен, докато и аз бях в Токуда за операцията. При нея положението беше много зле - слагаха и пирони и кейджове в областта на кръста. Жената беше на около 60 години, но все пак на втория ден след операцията стана на крака и започна лека полека да ходи, докато преди това пристъпваше едва едва. Тя ми разказа за Пелинков и отзивите и бяха много добри.
