He graduated from the Medical Academy, city of Sofia in 1996 and specializes surgery in the Military Medical Academy. Since 1998 he works at the Clinic of general and endoscopic surgery at University Hospital St. Anna, city of Sofia.

Благодарим на д-р Бисер Петров за това, че за период от една година направи операции на мен и съпруга ми, от които се възстановихме бързо и без усложнения. Прекрасен хирург - виртуоз, сръчен, внимателен, интелигентен. Посещава пациента си и в реанимация, и всеки ден - задължително преди визитация. Възхитени сме от неговата любезност и внимание. След неколкократни консулации с различни специалисти (хирурзи, нефролози, гинеколози)в различни градове и лечение с всякакви АБ в рамките на 10 дена + 10-на ехографии и тнт (вкл и в София), само в Софиямед установиха проблема - ретроцекален абцес, който за малко да ме отнесе... Д-р Бисер Петров бързо и адекватно реагира и съм впечатлена от професионализма и отзивчивостта му.
